TonsOfDirt acts as a classified listing service. We collect and display submissions by other users, for the general public. In order to attribute listings, we require that you create an account when posting a listing. Viewing listings is open to the public without creating an account.
To post a listing, we require you to create an account. To create an account we need your email address and a password. This email address does not have to be the same one used when posting a listing. Your listing contact information is not fixed and you can use different information for different listings.
We do not sell any contact information that is submitted to anyone. No branch of our company will sell your contact information. That said, TonsOfDirt has no control over third parties gathering your contact information; TonsOfDirt is open to the public. Please keep this in mind when submitting your listings.
If you are not comfortable publishing your contact information, do not use that information on TonsOfDirt.
